Catena Media Plc’s casino affiliate websites Askgamblers, Johnslots, Newcasinos, and numerous smaller domains have been acquired by Gaming Innovation Group Inc. (GiG). and will begin consolidating these assets today.
Now that the deal is complete, GiG Media have said to be looking forward to the operational and commercial prospects presented by the well-known affiliate website AskGamblers. Management is committed to improving the asset’s performance and has a clear strategy in place to utilize GiG Media’s breakthrough technical SEO and marketing technologies, as well as Askgamblers’ deep experience. GiG intends to achieve significant growth and optimize profitability by refocusing on the Askgamblers domain, with the objective of growing revenue and EBITDA in the near future.
The deal is carried out through the purchase of all outstanding shares of Catena Publishing Limited and Catena Media doo Beograd by Innovation Labs Limited (GiG Subsidiary). The consideration is €45,000,000 (cash and debt free), of which €20,000,000 is paid today, with the remaining amount to be paid in two installments on January 31, 2024 (€10 million) and January 31, 2025 (€15 million).
