GGPoker Partners With Dublin Poker Festival 2023; Satellites to $200K Event Running

GGPoker has announced a partnership with the Dublin Poker Festival, one of Ireland’s most prestigious live poker events. The world’s largest online poker site will provide online satellites to the festival’s main event, the European Deepstack Poker Championship, as well as the ever-popular Amateur Championship of Poker. The event will take place at the Bonnington Hotel in Dublin from February 16 to February 26.

The European Deepstack, presently in its 15th year, has a €570 buy-in and guarantees €200,000 in prizes. Players can choose between two Day 1s (February 23 and 24), a Day 2 on February 25, and a Final Day on February 26. All competitors begin the tournament with 100,000 chips, requiring extra strategic thought.

The Amateur Championship of Poker (ACOP) takes place from February 16 to February 19, with a €300 buy-in and a €100,000 prize pool guarantee.

GGPoker users may start qualifying for the European Deepstack Poker Championship on January 9, with qualification buy-ins starting at €1 and Road to Dublin PF European Deepstack direct satellites starting at €50. More qualifying techniques may be introduced in the following weeks.

As always, GGPoker players participating in the European Deepstack will receive more value than those without GGPoker accounts; GGPoker’s popular bubble insurance, as well as live mystery bounties and GGPoker merchandise and ticket prizes, will be available.

New GGPoker players are eligible for the poker room’s Welcome Bonus, as well as the Honeymoon for Newcomers promotion and GGPoker’s Fish Buffet loyalty program, which offers regular cash prizes.

Angela Martin, UK & Ireland Head of Marketing at GGPoker, said:

“We are delighted to announce this partnership with the Dublin Poker Festival and give all GGPoker players the opportunity to win their seats in some of Ireland’s best-loved poker events. With hundreds of thousands in guaranteed prizes to be won and satellites starting from just €1, Dublin will be the place to be in February and we want as many GGPoker players there as possible!”

Brian Lannon of Dublin Poker Festival commented:

“This is a fantastic partnership for Dublin Poker Festival and we look forward to working with GGPoker, giving a wider player base the opportunity to play in this fantastic poker festival. We look forward to building a close partnership with GGPoker and growing our event.”
