PokerStars, part of the Flutter Entertainment group has just (re)launched its operations in Greece after already being given a full license from the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) to operate in the country in July last year.
In an official announcement, the firm said that PokerStars, PokerStars Sports and PokerStars Casino are now available to its Greek player base. This includes PokerStars’ popular real and play money poker games and tournaments, casino titles, sports betting markets, and promotions.
Dan Taylor, CEO of Flutter International, said:
“Launching PokerStars under a full local licence in Greece follows months of hard work from teams across the business. I’d like to thank them all for helping to make PokerStars’ range of safe and trusted products available to players in Greece and for contributing towards our ongoing strategy of growing our business in international regulated markets.”
