Inspired Entertainment is taking another major step in its global expansion strategy, announcing a new collaboration with Gaming Arts to adapt its online slot portfolio for land-based casinos across North and South America. The partnership brings together Inspired’s proven digital content with Gaming Arts’ strong presence in regulated land-based markets.
Good to Know
Under the deal, Gaming Arts will distribute a selection of Inspired Entertainment’s flagship online slot titles to regulated jurisdictions across the Americas where Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs), slot machines, and other Class III devices are approved. The agreement excludes Oregon, Illinois, and Canada, where Inspired already holds licenses and active operations.
The collaboration is designed to translate Inspired’s successful online games into engaging physical casino formats, allowing Gaming Arts to extend its catalog while giving players new ways to enjoy familiar titles.
Gaming Arts CPO Greg Colella said the team is excited to partner with Inspired on the project.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with Inspired Entertainment to bring their highly successful online games to more land-based markets. Gaming Arts has always been dedicated to offering cutting-edge, engaging experiences for players, and this collaboration allows us to adapt Inspired’s proven online content extending deeper into the land-based environment.”
Echoing Colella’s comments, Rob Ziems, CEO of Gaming Arts, emphasized the strategic importance of the collaboration.
“This partnership marks an important step for Gaming Arts as we continue to innovate and expand our offerings. By adapting Inspired’s proven digital content for land-based play, we’re confident we’ll create exciting new experiences that will engage players and elevate the gaming landscape.”
Ziems assumed his leadership role in June following the departure of former CEO Mike Dreitzer, who accepted a position with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB).
For Inspired, the deal follows a series of strategic partnerships and growth milestones. Just weeks earlier, the company announced a collaboration with EstrelaBet in Brazil, reinforcing its presence in Latin America. In August, Inspired reported Q2 2025 revenue of $80.3 million, a 7% increase year-over-year.
Inspired Entertainment CPO Steven Collett described the new agreement as a logical next step in the company’s omni-channel strategy.
“This collaboration is a natural evolution of Inspired’s strategy to extend its top-performing content across multiple channels. Working with Gaming Arts gives us a trusted partner with deep roots in the North and South America land-based sector, allowing us to extend our reach to players in brick-and-mortar gaming destinations where engagement and experience are everything.”
The timing of this partnership also aligns with Merkur Group’s acquisition of Gaming Arts, announced last month. The move provides Gaming Arts with new resources and global support to strengthen its operations, while Inspired gains a powerful distribution partner to push its content across new land-based markets.
