Catawba Two Kings Casino is stepping into the sports spotlight through a new partnership with the Carolina Panthers. The multi-year agreement blends casino promotions with NFL excitement, giving Panthers fans and casino guests new ways to connect during the 2025–2026 season.
Good to know
Fans heading to Bank of America Stadium will soon see more than football. As part of the partnership, the casino will run in-stadium advertising and give fans the chance to sign up for its Lucky North Rewards loyalty program right at the gates.
The deal offers perks for casino regulars too. Select guests will receive invitations to attend Panthers home games throughout the season. Trent Troxel, VP of the Catawba Nation Gaming Authority, said the partnership opens a door for wider recognition.
“Catawba Two Kings Casino’s new partnership with the Carolina Panthers is a wonderful opportunity for us to share the incredible experience of attending a game at Bank of America Stadium with our top casino patrons while promoting the casino to the Panthers fanbase in Charlotte and throughout the Carolinas,” Troxel said.
He added that with construction well underway on the permanent casino resort, the timing works out:
“While our temporary casino has continued to gain in popularity since opening in 2021, many more people will learn about it at Panthers home games. And the timing could not be better as significant construction has been completed on our permanent casino resort and the partnership will still be in place when it opens.”
The full-scale Catawba Two Kings Casino Resort is targeting a 2027 grand opening. It comes with a $1 billion investment and plans for 4,300 slot machines, 11 restaurants, and a 385-room hotel. Ahead of the full rollout, an introductory casino will be ready by spring 2026.
The temporary site already received a major boost earlier this year. On June 21, 2024, live table games officially launched, adding to the lineup that already included over 1,100 machines and a retail sportsbook. The project has steadily gained traction since opening in 2021.
Eric Sudol, Chief Revenue Officer at Tepper Sports & Entertainment, shared the team’s outlook. He shared:
“We’re excited to welcome Catawba Two Kings Casino as a Proud Partner of the Carolina Panthers. This partnership reflects a shared commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences to patrons and fans across the region and beyond.”
