The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported that MGM Resorts has implemented increased resort and parking fee rates at its sites as of today. In an effort to conform to “local and nationwide marketplace standards,” the corporation announced the revisions, which are the first since January.
Resort fees for upscale MGM properties, such as Bellagio, Aria, Vdara, and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, have increased by $5 to $5 per day. Fees were increased to $50 per day at other places, such as MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, Delano, Park MGM, Nomad, and The Signature. for the same time, resort fees for Luxor, Excalibur, and New York-New York were set at $45 per day.
These fees cover various amenities such as in-room Wi-Fi, fitness center access, unlimited domestic calls, digital media downloads, and boarding pass printing. Resort guests also gain access to streaming services, ensuring a connected and convenient stay.
Parking Fees See Notable Changes
Parking fees also experienced adjustments, impacting both hotel guests and visitors. All MGM properties introduced a $40 valet parking fee, applicable to all guests. Self-parking now costs $20 daily for hotel guests. For visitors, self-parking rates are $20 from Monday to Thursday and $25 on weekends.
MGM Resorts, which operates nine casino hotels and five non-gaming hotels on the Las Vegas Strip, highlighted that these updates are part of its strategy to remain competitive within the hospitality industry.
Beyond Las Vegas, MGM Resorts continues to expand its BetMGM online brand, now active in over 25 jurisdictions. In the past year, BetMGM has launched operations in key North American markets, including New York, Ontario, and Maryland, reflecting its growing digital footprint.
The updated fees and the company’s digital growth underscore MGM Resorts’ efforts to balance enhanced guest experiences with evolving market demands.
