Aditya Agarwal won the $1,000 No-Limit Hold’em Freezeout at the 2024 World Series of Poker. The event, held at Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, wrapped up late at night after attracting 1,424 entries and creating a prize pool of $1,253,120.
Agarwal outlasted the large field to secure his first WSOP gold bracelet and a first-place prize of $189,661. Reflecting on his win, Agarwal said, “I’ve been a professional, I think, for twenty years now. I’ll be turning forty this year, and I’ve played in the World Series every year since I was twenty-one!”
