Young, a filmmaker and stand up comedian, has written and directed projects including My Man Is a Loser, A Stand Up Guy and Adam. His latest film, Stealing Jokes, stars Michael Rapaport and secured distribution through Freestyle.
Morrow built Vegas Matt into one of the largest gambling channels on YouTube through videos featuring high stakes slot play. His own website describes the channel as the most viewed gambling channel and says his wider audience reaches millions of viewers.
Venetian Dispute Adds Recent Background
The film announcement follows renewed attention around a dispute between Morrow and The Venetian Las Vegas.
Morrow said casino security escorted him from the resort several days after his group won about $400,000 during a Phoenix Link slot session in late 2025. He rejected online speculation that advantage play caused the removal and said his group left the machine counter at a higher level than when play began. The Venetian has not publicly explained the decision.
Advantage play generally involves identifying favorable game conditions rather than manipulating a game or machine. The practice can remain legal while casinos retain broad authority over who may gamble on private property.
Morrow continues to appear at other Las Vegas casinos. Fontainebleau Las Vegas will host a Vegas Matt weekend on October 9 and October 10, 2026, including a slot tournament and live show. The event has already sold out.
