CEO Trevor Croker Sells More Than 120,000 Aristocrat Shares

Aristocrat Leisure CEO Trevor Croker sold 121,685 company shares for about AUD7.5 million, equal to roughly US$5.2 million. The transactions reduced his ordinary shareholding by 16.8%.

Croker Retains More Than 600000 Aristocrat Shares

The largest sale involved 42,000 shares worth about AUD2.6 million. Croker also sold 38,685 shares for almost AUD2.4 million and another 41,000 shares for approximately AUD2.5 million.

Aristocrat disclosed all three transactions in an Australian Securities Exchange filing. Croker continues to hold 602,000 fully paid ordinary shares indirectly, while separate performance-based share rights may vest later.

The disposal came after a strong first half for the slot machine and digital gaming supplier. Normalised NPATA rose 8% on a reported currency basis to AUD794 million for the six months to March 31. Constant currency growth reached 16%.

Aristocrat operates across land-based casino gaming, online real-money gaming and social casino products through Aristocrat Gaming, Aristocrat Interactive and Product Madness.

Management also expects new casinos and property extensions across Asia, Europe and the UAE to create additional sales opportunities for gaming machines and content.
