Employee Investment Leads Caesars CSR Report

Caesars filled more than 7,700 roles with existing employees during 2025, including 5,500 promotions. The casino group also funded over 1.5 million learning hours through a $35 million training and development program.

Responsible gaming remained another central area. Caesars delivered nearly 15,000 training hours to more than 44,000 employees as the operator reached 36 years of responsible gaming programs. Guest education and support also covered retail casinos and online gaming operations.

“At Caesars, doing business the right way means creating value for our Team Members, our guests, our communities and our shareholders,” Kiersten Flint, SVP of Corporate Social Responsibility and Internal Communications at Caesars Entertainment, said.

“In 2025, we continued to invest in our people, strengthen our communities, operate with discipline and advance our PEOPLE PLANET PLAY strategy in ways that support long-term growth and resilience,” Flint added.

Community spending totaled $87.8 million. That figure included almost $3.6 million from the Caesars Foundation, 78,000 employee volunteer hours and $2.6 million donated by guests through Caesars Makes Change.

Emissions Fall as Property Spending Continues

Caesars cut Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 21% against its 2019 baseline. Scope 3 emissions fell 26% from 2022 levels.

A long-term Estuary Power agreement will supply more than 65,000 MWh of renewable electricity each year. Caesars also added electric vehicle infrastructure and converted the in-house Caesars Palace fleet to electric vehicles.

Property spending continued alongside those environmental programs. Caesars began phase two of the $200 million Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe redevelopment and started more than $100 million in Flamingo Las Vegas upgrades.

The CSR report also covered cybersecurity, data privacy, ethical conduct, compliance and anti-money laundering controls.
