Century Entertainment Sees Philippines Gaming Ramp Up

Century Entertainment International Holdings Ltd says its latest Philippines gaming rollout produced estimated pre tax net winnings of at least HKD45 million, or about $5.7 million, between April and June 2026.

Good to know

  • The figure comes from the Phase IV deployment linked to Konphil Technology Company Ltd.
  • The rollout covers 27 games across seven gaming venue operators in the Philippines.
  • Century Entertainment plans to double the number of deployed games by December.

Philippines Venues Drive The New Revenue

The company said all seven participating venues are now operational and contributing revenue to the joint venture. The locations sit in Parañaque, Calamba in Laguna, Bulacan, and Nueva Ecija.

Century Entertainment described the April-to-June result as part of a “ramp-up” in Phase IV operations. The rollout began in April after Konphil Technology signed a game deployment agreement with World Platinum Technologies Inc.

WPT holds a Philippine Gaming and Amusement Corp license as a service provider for electronic gaming machines, gaming content, and related services for licensed gaming operators in the Philippines.

Under the current setup, WPT acts as the main platform provider and keeps the direct contracts with venue operators. Konphil Technology supplies the technology, game logic, and return-to-player ratio algorithms behind the games.

The revenue split gives Konphil Technology 85% of net winning income.

Share Trading Still Suspended

The gaming update comes while Century Entertainment shares remain suspended on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Trading has been halted since June 26, 2025, and the company said the suspension will continue until further notice.

Century Entertainment also has a second Philippines opportunity under review. Through NobleMind Technology Ltd, its wholly owned Hong Kong subsidiary, the company has been invited by a Philippine partner to buy a 5% to 10% interest in a new Pagcor licensed entity.

Due diligence is underway, with completion expected next month. Century Entertainment did not disclose the business area of that licensed entity.
