Wynn Resorts Ltd has issued a construction update for its integrated resort project in the United Arab Emirates, confirming full completion of the main tower concrete structure and steady progress across accommodation, transport, and infrastructure works.
Good to Know
Wynn Resorts Ltd said all structural concrete work has been completed for the signature tower at the Wynn Al Marjan Island casino resort in the United Arab Emirates, including the framework for every guest room.
In a Monday statement, the company confirmed that the tower reached its final structural height following topping out in December 2025. The building now stands at 299 metres, or 981 feet, with concrete completed through to the roof of the seventy-first floor.
“Following its topping out in December 2025, the resort’s signature tower has reached a height of 299 metres [981 feet], with 100 percent of structural concrete completed through to the 71st floor roof,” the company said in an official update.
Interior work has moved into a new phase. Wynn Resorts said fit-out activities are now progressing across all guest accommodations, covering mechanical systems, electrical installations, and finishing works. Structural construction has been finalized for all 1,530 accommodations, including rooms, suites, townhouses, and Marina Estates.
Façade and roof works are also advancing. Installation has been completed on 21,852 of 26,471 exterior panels, representing 83 percent completion. Structural steel installation for the roof crown has already begun, while elevators and escalators are being installed throughout the resort.
Beyond the main tower, construction progress continues across the wider site. Low-rise structures have reached 99 percent completion for combined concrete and steel works. The project has used a total of 482,127 cubic metres of concrete and 15,162 tons of structural steel to date.
The update also highlighted transport infrastructure tied to the development. Construction of Wynn Bridge has reached 48 percent completion. The bridge is designed to connect the resort site to the E311 and E611 highways via Wynn Boulevard, creating a direct road link toward Dubai International Airport, which is estimated to be a 50-minute drive away.
Wynn Bridge will span 548 metres and connect Wynn Al Marjan Island to the existing UAE road network. Piling work has been completed, and the structure remains on schedule for a late 2026 completion.
The US$5.1 billion resort is under development on a 60-hectare artificial island in Ras Al Khaimah. Wynn Resorts holds a 40 percent equity interest in the project, alongside local partners Marjan LLC and RAK Hospitality Holding LLC. The property is scheduled to open in spring 2027.
