Dutch Gambling Authority Warns 711 BV Over Influencer Promotion

The authority underlined that the involvement of influencers can create a strong pull for younger audiences, which is why the rule exists.

The warning also addressed a second compliance issue. The authority found that 711 BV ran tournaments in which players were automatically added to competitions without giving explicit agreement to the bonus conditions. Regulators noted that this type of practice may encourage gaming behaviour that is not appropriate or safe. The operator confirmed that the practice has been halted.
