Investigators found the casino failed to identify the minor before they began gambling. The incident drew attention not only for its length but also for the lack of checks in place.<\/p>\n<p>The Board stressed that protecting minors is one of the most important aspects of casino regulation. These people are now prohibited from gambling in any retail Pennsylvania casino, on a state-regulated betting site, or at a video gaming terminal (VGT).<\/p>\n<p>The total number of offenders on the Involuntary Exclusion Lists now stands at 1,422.
