The package, worth \u20ac660 million ($775 million), gives the company momentum ahead of the deal\u2019s expected closing later this year.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><em><strong>Good to know<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>Financing includes a \u00a3400m ($539m) six-year senior secured loan from institutional lenders.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>A \u20ac200m ($234m) four-year amortising term loan comes from Greek banks.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Intralot retail bondholders approved keeping a \u20ac130m bond outstanding through the transaction.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>Details of the Financing<\/h2>\n<p>Intralot confirmed Friday that the funds will be directed partly toward the acquisition and partly toward repayment of outstanding obligations. The consent allows the bond to remain outstanding once the Bally\u2019s International Interactive deal is completed, giving the company added flexibility in structuring its balance sheet.<\/p>\n<h2>Acquisition Terms<\/h2>\n<p>Intralot first announced its agreement to acquire Bally\u2019s International Interactive in July under a definitive deal unveiled on July 21.
