NOVOMATIC AG has officially sold ADMIRAL Austria to Tipico Group after receiving regulatory clearance, marking a major shift in the country\u2019s gaming market while preserving a long-term technology partnership.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><em><strong>Good to Know<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>NOVOMATIC AG finalized the sale of ADMIRAL Austria to Tipico Group.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>ADMIRAL will still use NOVOMATIC gaming technology under the new ownership.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>NOVOMATIC plans to focus more heavily on international growth markets.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p>The deal was completed once approval was secured from all relevant authorities. Although ownership now rests with Tipico, ADMIRAL Austria will continue using NOVOMATIC\u2019s gaming technology solutions. This structure allows NOVOMATIC to keep a strong footprint in the domestic market while freeing resources to push harder internationally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stefan Krenn, executive board member of NOVOMATIC AG<\/strong>, framed the move as part of a bigger strategy:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe completion of this transaction marks an important step in our global expansion strategy with a clear focus on international growth markets.
