Despite the divestment, KKCG remains the overwhelming majority owner of Allwyn. The company described the move as a way of bringing in additional investors to support future expansion.<\/p>\n<p>KKCG\u2019s chairman and founder Karel Kom\u00e1rek called it an important step for Allwyn:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis is another significant step for Allwyn. In recent months, it sold casino assets in Germany and Australia, acquired the remaining minority stake in Stoiximan, and agreed to buy a majority share in Novibet.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, the company is pushing further into digital. In August, Kresimir Spajic was appointed CEO of Allwyn Digital to lead the next phase of online growth.
