The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) said total gaming revenue hit $557.7m, an 11.4% increase year-over-year.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><em>Good to know<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Online gaming surged 30.9% to reach $228.2m.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course led all operators with $103.4m in total revenue.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Sports betting slipped slightly, down 0.5% year-over-year to $40.6m on a $412.5m handle.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p>The most striking number came from Pennsylvania\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/casino\/what-is-igaming\/\">iGaming<\/a> sector. Revenue soared almost one-third compared to the prior year, reflecting strong demand across slots, tables, and online poker.<\/p>\n<p>Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course was the standout performer. Its online revenue reached $87.8m, up 37.2% year-over-year. When combined with land-based operations, the property\u2019s total revenue hit $103.4m, a jump of 30.1%.<\/p>\n<p>Valley Forge Casino Resort also had a strong month, producing $88.8m in total revenue, a 19.2% increase from July 2024. Of that, $61.2m came from iGaming, reflecting a 34.1% jump. Sports wagering across Pennsylvania saw revenue dip 0.5% year-over-year to $40.6m, despite a statewide handle of $412.5m.<\/p>\n<p>Valley Forge Casino Resort was the sports betting leader, pulling in $15.5m in revenue from $140.9m in handle.
