Though Belle has paused its online gaming expansion, the family remains heavily tied to land-based casino investment through Premium Leisure Corp.<\/p>\n<h2>Casino Fortunes Dominate Top of Philippines Rich List<\/h2>\n<p>Second on the list, Enrique Razon Jr., runs Bloomberry Resorts, operator of both Solaire Resort and Casino in Entertainment City and the recently opened Solaire Resort North in Quezon City. His net worth grew by $400 million over the past year, reaching $11.5 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Manuel Villar Jr., best known for his real estate ventures, has $11 billion to his name and has publicly committed to entering the gaming industry without foreign investment. His company Udenna Corp owns PH Resorts Group, which is behind the stalled Emerald Bay project in Cebu.
