While the legislation failed, regulators acted anyway, issuing 10 cease-and-desist letters to operators including Chumba Casino in June.<\/p>\n<h2>Increased Pressure<\/h2>\n<p>Mississippi isn\u2019t the only state where VGW is retreating.
