That, combined with payment options specific to Swedish users and no barriers to registration, made it clear that the operator was serving Swedish players despite lacking the required license.<\/p>\n<p>Spelinspektionen classifies these factors as clear attempts to appeal to Swedish consumers. The regulator reached out to WinBet for a response, but the company did not engage. With no rebuttal, the regulator issued an immediate ban.<\/p>\n<h2>Not the First Time for WinBet<\/h2>\n<p>WinBet has already drawn attention from regulators elsewhere in Europe.
