Some of those links allegedly sent users to platforms where losses were preprogrammed, raising serious concerns around consumer fraud and predatory marketing.<\/p>\n<h2>Police Seizure, Firearms Charge, and a Defense Strategy<\/h2>\n<p>While Ribeiro was not arrested, Magalh\u00e3es was taken into custody during the raid due to illegal firearm possession. He was released shortly afterward on bail.
