The company received confirmation that it satisfied Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1), which focuses on the timely filing of financial reports. This came after the company submitted its annual Form 20-F for the 2024 fiscal year to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).<\/p>\n<p>With the report filed, Nasdaq officially informed Codere Online that it has regained full compliance with listing rules. As a result, the company will continue to be listed and traded on the Nasdaq exchange without interruption.<\/p>\n<h2>Hearing cancelled after compliance is restored<\/h2>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/casino-news\/codere-appeals-nasdaq-delisting\/\">Back in May<\/a><\/strong>, Codere Online had requested a hearing to contest a possible delisting notice triggered by the delay in filing.
