Officials claimed the company had violated state gaming laws by running an unauthorized online casino. Following this, High 5 entered into a settlement agreement that included financial penalties and a complete exit from operating in the state.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the resolution, the company will pay over $643,000 in restitution to users impacted by the unlicensed platform. In addition, it will contribute nearly $800,000 to support initiatives related to consumer protection, complaint response, education, enforcement, and litigation.<\/p>\n<p>DCP Commissioner Bryan T.
