Casino properties, <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/casino\/what-is-igaming\/\">iGaming<\/a><\/strong>, and sports betting all played a role in the state\u2019s $558.7 million total, according to the latest report from the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><em>Good to know<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>Total gaming revenue in Pennsylvania for April 2025 reached $558.7 million, up 10.7% from April 2024.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Valley Forge Casino Resort topped the chart with $99.1 million in total gaming revenue.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>DraftKings led fantasy contest revenue, while FanDuel posted a decline.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<p>Valley Forge Casino Resort reported $99.1 million in total gaming revenue for the month, up 16.1% from the same period last year. The property\u2019s iGaming revenue made up a large chunk of that total at $66.7 million, which marked a 38.8% increase. Despite leading in sports wagering revenue with $20.1 million, Valley Forge saw a 21% drop in that specific category compared to April 2024.<\/p>\n<h2>Other top-performing casinos<\/h2>\n<p>Several other casinos also crossed the $50 million revenue mark in April. Hollywood Casino followed closely with $97.7 million, showing a 24.7% increase. Rivers Casino Philadelphia earned $56.2 million, while Parx Casino reached $54.2 million. Wind Creek Bethlehem brought in $47.8 million, which was a 3.2% year-over-year increase.<\/p>\n<h2>iGaming and slots show different trends<\/h2>\n<p>Retail slots remained the biggest individual revenue source at $203.1 million, but that number dipped 1.2% year-over-year. Of that total, online sportsbooks brought in $41.2 million in revenue, while retail sportsbooks contributed $1.4 million. Hollywood Casino posted $12.1 million in sports wagering revenue, rising 23.6% year-over-year. Presque Isle Downs and Casino also made headlines with a massive 2762.2% year-over-year increase, reporting $1.9 million in sports betting revenue.<\/p>\n<h2>Fantasy contests shift in rankings<\/h2>\n<p>Fantasy sports revenue rose 2.3% year-over-year to reach $1.3 million. DraftKings led the category with $946,000, up 3.3%. FanDuel, on the other hand, dropped 14.5% to $181,100.
