Surveillance and pit supervisors also missed key signs during play, including exposed cards, overdrawn dealer hands, and overpayments on wins. These actions were flagged during a compliance review that followed a March 2024 criminal investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier that month, the Ontario Provincial Police\u2019s Investigation and Enforcement Bureau, which operates within the AGCO, charged five people in connection with the scheme. However, this is not the first time the operator has been penalized for similar issues.
