Influencers Rory Jennings and Adam McKola were shown in the advertisement playing a slot game challenge in a casino.<\/p>\n<p>In order to determine who might win the most money, the two influencers wagered \u00a3100 over ten spins. In the video, Jennings jokingly requested winning strategies as McKola recorded noteworthy winnings of \u00a3185 and \u00a3100. Following McKola\u2019s amusing suggestion to \u201cheat your finger up,\u201d Jennings blew on his fingers and won further money.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1177\">By the end, McKola had amassed \u00a3622 in credit, while Jennings stood at \u00a3240. Jennings then declared, <em>\u201cCan you believe that? I invested \u00a3100 and five minutes later, \u00a3240 because of my skill at slots.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1179\" data-end=\"1210\">ASA\u2019s Concerns and Ruling<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1511\">Following the ad\u2019s release, a single complainant contacted the ASA, questioning whether it promoted gambling in a socially irresponsible manner. It further assured the ASA that staff involved in UK advertising campaigns undergo mandatory compliance training.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2364\" data-end=\"2684\">The ASA warned PokerStars that future ads must not encourage socially irresponsible gambling or imply that gambling could serve as a financial strategy.
