Abby Merk, a budding poker sensation, has joined BetMGM Poker<\/a> as a Brand Ambassador and Content Partner. The 24-year-old professional athlete will interact with fans through unique content while representing the brand.<\/p>\n

Merk\u2019s enthusiasm and presence were commended by BetMGM\u2019s Chief Marketing Officer, Casey Hurbis. \u201cAbby Merk\u2019s winning personality and love of poker reflect the type of excitement we are building in the poker community,\u201d<\/em> Hurbis said. \u201cShe is a fantastic addition to our stable of ambassadors and we look for her to build on her strong connection with her audience with her authentic style of storytelling.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Merk, who left a profession in banking to play poker,<\/a> has amassed a sizable following on LinkedIn and YouTube thanks to her work. Her new position will entail participating in a few poker tournaments at MGM Resorts locations and producing social media content for BetMGM-owned channels.<\/p>\n
