Their unchecked dominance has persisted for far too long. The future of sports betting should be driven by innovation and competition, not control and coercion.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1590\" data-end=\"1863\">Panda\u2019s decision to expand the lawsuit comes as Genius Sports continues its industry growth. After the initial lawsuit, the company secured a temporary gaming license in Maine.
