The two businesses now have a long-term collaboration as a result of the lawsuit, which was pending in the Georgian Court of the First Instance. Aviator-branded games can now be distributed by Flutter on all of its platforms worldwide.<\/p>\n<h2>Settlement and Future Collaboration<\/h2>\n<p>The dispute originated when Aviator LLC, owned by Teimuraz Ugulava, former operator of Adjarabet, accused Flutter of infringing on its intellectual property. The claim centered around the popular Aviator crash game, which Aviator LLC argued Flutter had been offering without authorization.<\/p>\n<p>In August 2023, the court ruled that Flutter must pay \u20ac330 million ($342.5 million) in damages. However, the penalty was viewed by some, including a source close to NEXT.io, as disproportionate to the gaming industry\u2019s financial context.<\/p>\n<p>With the settlement now in place, Flutter has acknowledged Aviator LLC\u2019s rights to the Aviator trademark and its signature airplane image. This resolution effectively ends the legal battle between the two companies.<\/p>\n<p>Nikoloz Gogilidze, the legal representative for Aviator LLC, confirmed the new agreement.
