By acquiring an 85% share in Toucan Gaming and LSM Gaming, Accel Entertainment has expanded its presence in the United States and established a significant presence in Louisiana. Accel is able to increase its footprint in the state\u2019s expanding gaming business thanks to this acquisition, which is estimated to be worth $40 million. Stan Guidroz, the CEO of Toucan, will continue to run the brand under this new agreement, which will see the united company operating as Toucan Gaming throughout Louisiana.<\/p>\n

The deal, expected to generate $25 million in revenue and $6 million in adjusted EBITDA by 2025, includes 13 truck stop locations and 60 additional 3-machine gaming locations.
