In 2027, earn-outs will also be given, based on how well Arcadia does in games.<\/p>\n<h2>Arcadia\u2019s Unique Contribution<\/h2>\n<p>Founded in 2019 by Arion Labs, Arcadia Gaming Solutions has built a reputation for bringing innovative arcade-style games to online casinos. Their hit game, \u201cFortune Pusher,\u201d and others have transformed traditional arcade experiences into engaging online live casino games. Arcadia has pioneered a new category of online gaming, allowing players to interact with physical arcade machines via their mobile or desktop devices.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cCombining creative energy, in-depth experience, and unsurpassed technical abilities, our team continuously delivers exhilarating experiences through unique and innovative games,\u201d<\/em> Arcadia highlights on their website. The company\u2019s worldwide B2B video-streaming technology enables a real-time, immersive gaming experience, which Evolution views as a unique asset.<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition is part of a broader strategy for Evolution. The company reported impressive revenue of \u20ac1.80 billion ($1.99 billion) in 2023, with its live casino games generating 84.7% of the total. CEO Martin Carlesund expressed the company\u2019s growth ambitions: <em>\u201cWe will continue to invest, recruit, and expand our operations across the globe.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Additionally, Evolution said earlier this year that it would buy Galaxy Gaming for $85 million; the deal is anticipated to completion in the middle of 2025.
