EasyGo Solutions is a financial startup located in Melbourne that Craven co-founded with Bijan Tehrani<\/a>. They are hiring elite personnel from well-known Australian software companies like Atlassian and Canva in an attempt to get into the cryptocurrency and online gaming markets.<\/p>\n

Paying senior software engineers, principal software engineers, and engineering managers 20% more than the industry average is what EasyGo Solutions is proposing. The firm offers \u201ctop-end\u201d perks and pays for interstate relocation expenses as well, according to The Australian.<\/p>\n

Dave Lemphers, EasyGo\u2019s chief technology officer, highlighted the need for experienced engineers to tackle issues related to \u201chyper-scale growth.\u201d He emphasized that companies like Atlassian, Canva, Microsoft, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Google have the experience needed for scaling complex systems, making their employees highly sought after in Australia.<\/p>\n

The Australian tech sector faces a significant skills shortage, with an expected need for 300,000 extra workers by the end of the decade. However, only about 6,000 domestic students graduate each year with degrees in science, technology, engineering, or math, forcing companies like EasyGo to recruit from other local firms.<\/p>\n
