Caleb Furth has won Event #15, the $1,500 buy-in pot-limit Omaha eight-or-better tournament at this year\u2019s World Series of Poker (WSOP). The event drew 1,277 entries, resulting in a prize pool of $1,704,795, distributed among the top 192 finishers.<\/p>\n

After three days of intense play, Furth was crowner champion, taking home $265,361. This victory marks Furth\u2019s first WSOP bracelet win and the biggest payday of his career. Previously, his highest earning was $80,000 for finishing third in a $10,500 pot-limit Omaha event at this year\u2019s Wynn Millions festival.<\/p>\n

Several notable players made deep runs in this tournament, including Shannon Shorr (22nd), Yuval Bronshtein (15th), Mike Holtz (14th), Christian Harder (13th), Sean Troha (11th), Daniel Lowery (10th), Jason Daily (9th), and Tom Koral (7th).<\/p>\n

After his victory, Furth shared his thoughts with reporters, saying, \u201cI feel good. The win mostly means $265,000. I\u2019m pretty happy about the money. I hope there\u2019s more to come. I\u2019m going to be playing a bunch of PLO tournaments this summer.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n
