With the announcement that Michel Groothuizen, the recently appointed chair of the Dutch regulator Kansspelautoriteit (KSA), would give the opening talk on the Pulse Stage on July 17, Clarion Gaming has secured a notable speaker for iGB L!VE. With effect from July 1, 2024, this will be Groothuizen\u2019s first speech to the global igaming community upon his appointment.<\/p>\n

Joining over 40 thought leaders and industry disruptors, Groothuizen will share his vision for the future of igaming and the affiliate business. Damien Ashton-Wellman, Content Lead for iGB L!VE, expressed excitement about Groothuizen\u2019s participation: \u201cWe\u2019re delighted to have secured the participation of Michel Groothuizen so early into his role at the helm of the Dutch regulator. Groothuizen, who founded the KSA in 2012 while serving as policy director in the ministry of justice and security, takes on his new role during a challenging time. The Dutch regulator has faced criticism for being \u201cheavy-handed\u201d and \u201cunapproachable.\u201d At iGB L!VE, Groothuizen will outline how he plans to address these challenges and ensure safer gambling.<\/p>\n

Enhancing the iGB L!VE Experience<\/h2>\n
