Cape Girardeau, Missouri is now home to Century Casinos\u2019 newest hotel project. A 68,000-square-foot, six-story, 69-room hotel with a complex connection to Century Casino<\/a> Cape Girardeau is called The Riverview. Using available sources, the $30.5 million cost of the complete development was covered.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Century Casinos is hard at work building a brand-new land-based casino in Caruthersville, Missouri, along with a 38-room hotel. The project is still in progress and is expected to cost $51.9 million, according to the company\u2019s most recent statement. It is still within the allocated time and budget.<\/p>\n

Construction commenced in December 2022, targeting completion by the fourth quarter of 2024. The financing for this endeavor is facilitated through VICI Properties.<\/p>\n

Promising Features of the Caruthersville Project<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Caruthersville facility will have a number of features when it opens, including as table games, a bar, a restaurant, and 650 slot machines, along with room for an additional 140 units.<\/p>\n

After the project is completed, VICI Properties will be the owner of the real estate improvements associated with the Caruthersville project, and it will be easily included into the company\u2019s triple net leasing agreement with VICI subsidiaries.<\/p>\n
