Due to this regulation change, operators must register by the deadline in order to continue doing business in the Cura\u00e7ao market.<\/p>\n<p>As the NOOGH comes to a close, focus turns to the National Ordinance for Games of Chance (LOK), which is presently making its way through Cura\u00e7ao\u2019s legislative procedure. The LOK, which is expected to completely transform the gaming industry, will bring in a new age of regulation and provide control to the Cura\u00e7ao Gaming Authority (CGA).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Guidelines and Application Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The CGA has released extensive instructions that cover the process of applying for a license. These directions, which span nine pages, provide operators with clarity regarding the necessary documents and processes to ensure a smooth transition.<\/p>\n<p>Three essential forms must be submitted in order for an application to be considered complete: the corporation and company information form, the personal history disclosure form, and the online gaming application form. If the application requests additional papers, including police conduct reports, these must be sent right away.<\/p>\n<p>It is the duty of master licensors to get registrations for their linked domains and sublicensees.
