The current scenario isn\u2019t logical.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>However, Councilman Steve McKay clarified the bill\u2019s scope, saying, \u201cThis isn\u2019t about allowing every non-profit to host gaming events. It\u2019s merely for those already authorized to conduct such events.
