The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) spent two years creating a unique system in place of the traditional licensing procedure that allows you to govern and support the business while making it liberal and competitive.<\/p>\n

The AGCO registers businesses and permits them to offer gaming services to Ontarians. This gambling market is called iGaming Ontario. Then, iGaming Ontario contracts with each prospective operator and manages their operations, keeping track of changes in the gambling market and running the province\u2019s gambling industry.<\/p>\n

Companies can register with AGCO whether they are B2C or B2B. To do this, they need to pay a fee, sign an agreement with iGaming Ontario, present a list of necessary papers, including an application and information about the company and its associates, and acquire certification for their products and equipment from an independent laboratory.<\/p>\n
