At the full 1.40% cash rebate, only 0.10% remains available for incentive commission.<\/p>\n<p>The October 13 memo from the Gaming Licensing and Development Department follows board approval on October 8. It also reiterates existing table game limits.<\/p>\n<p>Non-junket VIP and high roller players have a combined ceiling of 1.35% of net turnover, including cash rebates of up to 1.25%. Junket players have a 1.50% ceiling, including up to 1.40% in cash rebates.
