Adjusted EBITDA dropped 62.5% to JPY2.74 billion, while the division recorded an operating loss of about JPY1.37 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Casino GGR at Okada Manila reached PHP6.06 billion ($98.2 million), down 14.7% from Q2 2025.<\/p>\n<p>Universal Entertainment is responding by putting more focus on digital gaming and non-gaming revenue.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAt Okada Manila, we worked to diversify our revenue base by advancing an omnichannel strategy that integrates online and land-based operations,\u201d<\/em> the company said.<\/p>\n<p>A central part of that strategy is Okada Play, which Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/casino-news\/philweb-launches-okada-play-with-okada-manila\/\">launched<\/a> with PhilWeb in May. The platform gives Okada Manila a regulated digital channel for players in the Philippines and is designed to reach customers beyond the physical resort.<\/p>\n<p>Universal Entertainment said the online platform should help reduce exposure to changes in visitor numbers while opening access to new customer groups. Management is also using large events and cost controls to improve profitability.<\/p>\n<p>Okada Manila remains operated by Tiger Resort, Leisure and Entertainment, a Universal Entertainment subsidiary.
