Revenue reached $78.1 million, up 5.6%, while adjusted EBITDA increased 19.5% to $13.3 million. The quarterly net loss narrowed to $8.7 million from $10.4 million.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><strong><em>Good to Know<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong><em>American Place revenue increased 13.4% during Q2.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Chamonix revenue climbed 11.7% and reached breakeven for the quarter.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><em>Full House Resorts remains focused on both properties rather than pursuing another casino acquisition.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2><strong>American Place and Chamonix Lift Full House Resorts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em>\u201cWe had a strong quarter of growth, led by our two recent properties,\u201d<\/em> President Lewis Fanger said during the Q2 earnings call.<\/p>\n<p>American Place remains the main growth driver. Full House Resorts operates the temporary Waukegan casino while developing a $302 million permanent property. The temporary location can continue operating through February 2029, giving the operator additional flexibility during construction.<\/p>\n<p>Management also plans to repurpose the temporary structure for trade shows and entertainment rather than demolish it once the permanent casino opens.<\/p>\n<p>The permanent American Place design has changed as well. Restaurants will be accessible without requiring customers to cross the casino floor, while the property will initially open with fewer slot machines than its eventual capacity. CEO Dan Lee said the team studied Durango Resort in Las Vegas when refining areas including the food hall and back of house layout.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe didn\u2019t exactly copy it, but we learned from it,\u201d<\/em> Lee said.<\/p>\n<p>Chamonix also recorded better results after a slower start following its opening in Colorado. Revenue increased 11.7%, while cash flow improved by around $1.1 million from Q2 2025. Management continues working on marketing, group business and gaming productivity at the property.<\/p>\n<p>Full House Resorts is targeting about $175 in daily win per gaming position at Chamonix within 18 months. Management said nearby Black Hawk casinos average roughly $300, leaving considerable room for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Full House Resorts continues work on a four bank refinancing package. Management has little interest in adding another casino while American Place construction and Chamonix development remain priorities.<\/p>\n<p>The Q2 results continued the improvement seen earlier in 2026.
