A Section 116 review can lead to licence conditions, financial action, suspension or revocation.<\/p>\n<p>Evolution said the two operators had<em> \u201cactively evaded restrictions in place at the time.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe commercial relationships with the two operators whose websites offered Evolution content that may have been accessed by British consumers were terminated immediately upon discovery.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The supplier also said the review found <em>\u201cno broader pattern of unlicensed access to Evolution content in the UK.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Following the initial discovery, Evolution blocked access from the identified sites and introduced wider geolocation and ring-fencing controls across Europe. Those controls aim to keep Evolution games within regulated markets.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEvolution has fully cooperated with the Commission consistent with its longstanding approach to regulatory engagement.
