Judges said there was not enough proof of immediate harm and also pointed to unresolved questions around who really controls rights tied to the Aviator brand. That leaves Aviator Studio Brazil free to keep working with partners, including Foggo Entertainment, while the main case continues.<\/p>\n<p>A key issue now sits around licensing. The Brazil court signaled that the agreement between Aviator LLC and Aviator Studio Brazil needs fuller examination before any harder conclusion can be reached. In other words, the court chose caution over speed.<\/p>\n<p>Aviator Studio Brazil has tried to calm partners as the case drags on.
