Santos did not use Neymar against Cruzeiro, and the club explanation centered on physical management rather than a fresh injury. Reports around the match said the coaching staff wanted to avoid extra risk after a heavy run of games.<\/p>\n<p>What followed got far more attention. Portal LeoDias reported that Neymar spent around 24 hours playing online poker from Friday through Sunday. The same report said he entered a $5,000 tournament and re entered at least three times, taking his buy in to at least $20,000. While that was going on, Santos played out a 0 0 draw against Cruzeiro.<\/p>\n<p>That report quickly fed the wider debate around Neymar and Santos.
