The exit comes after FanDuel and DraftKings also left, as the industry keeps splitting over prediction markets and the direction of gambling policy in the United States.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p><em><strong>Good to Know<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em><strong>bet365 said the AGA focus on retail casino was behind the exit.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>FanDuel and DraftKings <a href=\"https:\/\/igaming.org\/casino-news\/fanduel-and-draftkings-withdraw-from-american-gaming-association\/\">both left<\/a> in November 2025.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<li><em><strong>Fanatics and OpenBet have also exited during the same six-month stretch.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h2>bet365 Adds to AGA Member Losses<\/h2>\n<p>Another major operator has stepped away from the American Gaming Association. bet365 confirmed the exit and said the trade group no longer matched its priorities as a digital-first company.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAs a digital-first operator, bet365 has pulled back from the AGA due to the organization\u2019s focus on the retail casino industry,\u201d<\/em> a bet365 spokesperson told iGaming.org on Tuesday. <em>\u201cWe greatly value our industry partnerships and remain committed to working constructively with regulators and partners across the markets in which we operate.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The decision follows the earlier departures of FanDuel and DraftKings, both of which left in November 2025. In those cases, prediction markets were a central part of the split.
