The 35-acre parcel sits at the southeast corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Tropicana Avenue. Planned early components include a parking garage, a central utility plant, a shared accessway, a 2,500-seat theater, and a podium structure on the northwest side of the property.<\/p>\n<p>Bally\u2019s filed its first permits in mid-December. Applications covered a central utility plant on Dec. 17 and a southeast parking garage and ramp on Dec. 22. Both facilities will support operations for Bally\u2019s and the Athletics development. The utility plant carries an estimated value of $175 million, while the parking structure is valued at $150 million.
