At that time, the regulator said Chumba Casino and Luckyland Slots offered gaming products that fell outside what Maryland law allows. The agency again stressed that online casino-style gambling has no authorization in the state.<\/p>\n<p>The new letter, shared publicly by gaming lawyer Daniel Wallach, pointed directly to the content offered by both brands. The request also included a full overview of all games provided to Maryland players. According to the regulator, none of those steps were completed, prompting the second round of warnings.<\/p>\n<h2>State Seeks Confirmation And Shutdown Dates<\/h2>\n<p>Recipients were again told to respond within 10 days. The notice asked them to confirm whether they intend to stop operating sweepstakes, casino games, online poker, and similar products in the state.
